Financial Report: Given by T. Kovarik
Circuit is solvent. Proposed budget given to Circuit Director for 2008 season.
Old medals were sold to East Circuit infusing income into the circuit.
Rivero :proposed a fiscal year to be established (July 1 June 30)

Proposed payment for webmaster $300.00 per year making fees retro active (passed)

proposed by Bonnabel HS to acknowledge accomplishments of members of the circuit
Photographer need to accomplish this task
-Hall of Fame
proposed by Rivero to recognize contributions of past color guard GREATS who have given back to the activity on a widespread basis. Committee to be head by Rivero
-Scholarship Program
to be set up for one percussion and one color guard member to be researched by Mark Rivero
-Music /Soundtracks
proposed to be digitized by Randy Weaver. Put all music on a laptop, ipod, master CD was approved
-Sponsorship/Donations
Thomas Burroughs has secured donations for sound system, Championship Program , and concession workers

-Fees
Proposal for fees to increase from $300.00/$150.00 to $350.00/$175.00 (Passes)
